But that model came with friction. Clients managed imports under IEC licenses, coordinated with freight forwarders, and absorbed 7–10 week lead times covering production, shipping, and customs.
Mid-scale hotels, though eager, were often locked out entirely — deterred by procurement complexity, extended timelines, and USD-based pricing.
We recognised the gap. We acted on it.
One year ago, we launched our wholly owned manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. The same world-class Sealy mattresses — now available in INR, door-delivered within 2 weeks.
We invested in local supply chains, built skilled teams, and held ourselves to the highest production standards.
The results followed: successful deliveries to luxury and mid-scale hotel partners nationwide, tighter timelines, and zero import formalities for our clients.
Our India facility is more than a production unit.
